2003 1.1i Peugeot 106 INDEPENDENCE
 
For sale is my wifes Peugeot 106 which she has owned for the last 10 years averaging around 3,000 miles each year doing the daily school run and local shopping trips. The car has therefore only done just under 38,000 genuine miles from new which can be verified from all the old MOT certificates which come with the car. The current MOT has 11 months left on it and expires 22nd May 2016.
 
The car had only one previous owner when we originally bought it with just under 8,000 miles on the clock at about 2 years old.
 
I would describe the vehicle as being in very good condition all round apart from a couple of dents and a light scratch in the passenger door which were on the car when we originally bought it. It has never let us down and is a great little runaround, very nippy and cheap to run. Since we"ve had the car, it has had new front brake pads and discs at about 28,000 miles, a new battery and a new catalytic converter. Its starts first time every time and unlike some other mini cars of the same age, has no rust problems.
 
The car comes with the following standard features;

5 seats, split rear and folding back seat and removable parcel shelf

This is a genuine, honest and reliable little car which I don"t want to see go, but the wife wanted something a bit bigger and newer and so now has just bought a Peugeot 207. Reluctanctly therefore, go it must and it will be sold to the highest bidder.
