Due to a change in circumstance I"m selling my MK1 TT.
I picked the car up in October last year when I was faced with redundancy and the loss of my company car. I ended up in a new position and kept my company car so I thought I"d keep the TT as a toy and drop a forged engine in, however a lack of time and change in income means the TT now sits in the garage doing not a lot.
It"s a 2003, 225 Quattro in moro blue with a personalised TT plate. The car has a 175k on the clocks but runs and drives perfectly, engine pulls smoothly with no knocks or rattles, gearbox is good with no issues, haldex system also seems fine. The car was owned by an older lady before me and I have a folder stacked with receipts for all sorts of work from a local independent garage including clutch and flywheel, front arms, discs and pads, and I"ve changed the clutch master. Over all the car looks nice, it"s not a show room car, but neither is it a P.O.S.... the body work is tatty in places and the alloys really need some love.
The rear arch is the worst of the body work issues, the drivers door had a dent but I have a nice new door in Moro blue sat in the garage and will be included in the sale.
It has a couple of the usual TT MK1 issues, like missing lines on the LCD display and rub on the paint on the inside door frame.
I also have sat in the garage everything to forge a 1.8 20V, including a sub 100k spare engine, bottom end bearing, forged rods, Piston rings, Cam belt kit and water pump etc etc, plus a billet turbo core and 3 down pipe. I will list them all up separately later but happy to look at a deal for anyone that wants the car and all the parts I"ve collected together.

Car is listed on all the TT groups for sale, I reserve the right to send the auction early if you car is sold on another platform.
