FOR SALE 1939 AUSTIN TEN GS1 This is an abandoned restoration project bought as seen, I bought this car about eight years ago which minimum body work was done and the two tone respray as pictures show, door cards and rear seat have been re-trimmed.
The engine did fire up when i first bought it, but needs a full overhaul now, this car was one of the last ones off the production line before the war broke out, it is a very rare model now and had been stored up for around thirty years before i bought it so has spent most of its life doing nothing.
WORKS TO DO - Doors to be sprayed, full interior, engine to be re-built, wheels powder coated and new tyres.
I don"t have the time to complete this project as i have just started having a family and my time is taken up with that.This would be a great project for someone who has the time, and wouldn"t cost a fortune to do.
Mileage is 45,000 and thought to be correct, number plate valuation is around £3,000. I don"t want any silly offers there are not many of these cars around and i know the value of this car once completed.
