Hello, this project is now complete, at last! 2 head gaskets and a block with dropped liners later, we now have a 55-thousand mile, second-hand Chinese, "N" series engine sitting in the engine bay and a fully functioning and reliable car that is now a real performance machine. A new cambelt kit, all new coolant hoses, water pump, thermostat mod, aluminium twin core radiator and twin fans (off the diesel model), fresh filters, oil and drive belts, custom upgraded intercooler along with an upgraded fuel pump, boost pressure control valve wired into a "K maps" re-mapped ecu and a 60mm throttle body.I"d also fitted a stage one clutch kit, new gear shift bushes, both outer driveshaft U.J"s, a modified ZT exhaust (with a side exit tail pipe) and new Rover 600 front brake discs and callipers. I"m done with this project now and don"t have an immediate use for it so my asking price has been lowered - it has to go to release space and funds.
