this vehicle is a perfect project for someone who has the time to invest into a beautiful ROLLs Royce Motor Car, sadly we do not have the time to restore her back to her former glory... that is why we are selling it no reserve.... 
the car DOES NOT run and  has no MOT, some light welding is required and the paintwork lacquer has started to peel..
there are no Documents with this vehicle, you can apply for a new V5 when that vehicle has an MOT using a V55/4 form supplied by the DVLA.. (more than happy to assist with this)
