1980 Ferrari 308 GT4 in Rosso Corsa with Crema Full Leather interior, the vehicle was registeRED on the 16th January 1980.
Low mileage of 42,100 miles
This Ferrari has been in the current family since 1995, it was transferRED a few times between myself and the owner while he was in ill health so that the vehicle could be run and maintained. The mileage when the vehicle was purchased was 41,100 and has coveRED about 900 miles since 1995.
The Ferrari had a complete body restoration in 2000 and has been subjected to a recommission to prepare it for the road. This has been receipted and will be supplied to the successful buyer.
The works that have been carried out include:Full service,Timing belts replacedExhaust headers restoRED and refittedNew wheel bearingsAll electrics checkedNew coolant hoses fitted including the in chassis pipes from the front radiator to the rear engine compartmentNew brake discsBrake Calipers refurbishedNew handbrake cables Carburetors balanced.

A few things that still could do with sorting but does not affect the drive;1. The drivers seat piping has split where you enter the car and would look better if restoRED, we have been quoted £300, but don't have the time to sort2. The lights all switch on but the front lights don't lift automatically, they can be raised and dropped manually, we have searched online and there is a procedure to reset the lights using a sequence, again we have not had the time to sort, the lights have been working before but we have not had the time to investigate further3. there is a new stereo in the vehicle but this had not been connected so needs connecting,
She drives very well and attracts a lot of attention on the road
The Ferrari is rarely available and only on sale as the owner sadly passed away. There is a sensible reserve on the vehicle as the family has requested that it be sold.
