eBay For sale is my brilliant little Robin Reliant.
Re-listed due to time waster, please only serious bidders. I live in London and the car is located in Acocks Green, Birmingham. Previously my Dad was available to show people the car, but unfortunately he is now back in hospital having suffered another stoke. Therefore viewings are will not possible.
My Dad bought this for my 16th Birthday as a bit of a laugh and to teach me how-to to drive back in 1999 and I have owned the vehicle since. I had several people message me on the previous auction, pointing out that this is not a Reliant Regal Van (as featured in Only Fools and Horses). Just to re-iterate that this is a Reliant Robin and is painted as a tribute to the show, by my Dad as a bit of light hearted humour...and it"s Brilliant!
It has been kept in a lock-up garage for the past 18 years and did run a dream before it was stored. It was driven to the lock-up, so it ran before it was stored away. I have tried to start it and it turns over freely and if I had a can of fresh fuel I’m pretty sure it would fire up.
Excellent project car, please grab yourself a little bit of British Brilliance! Perfect for a lock-up restoration/tinker project, as is so small :)
Winning bidder will need to collect the car from Acocks Green, Birmingham and will require a trailer as you will not be able to drive on the road as it doesn"t have an MOT.
