For sale is a 1986 Honda Civic Shuttle 4X4. It has no tax or MOT. However only requires a few bits for MOT. Selling due to going travelling and having a big clear out. Good points: All four tyres have good tread Low mileage at 71,285 miles No rot on chassis (only surface rust is on door shuts) Drives lovely, and pulls well for a car if its age. Engine is running on bike carbs, with a manual choke. Interior is in good condition, drivers seat has signs of age. Dont see these about very often especially the 4x4 model, only 5 left in UK. Turns heads wherever you go. 4x4 is non permanent an when off drives in front wheel drive only, a switch on the dash marked 4x4 allows you to engage 4x4, and illuminates a tell tail on the dials. All works perfectly. Bad points: No Tax and No MOT(ran out on the ninth of September 2014) it had two advisories 1) Offside front macpherson strut has slight movement at the upper attachment. 2) Nearside (inner rack joint) ball joint has slight play. So it will need to be trailered away. To pass MOT it will need a N/S track rod end, and two front cv joints. I would also personally replace the O/S rear wheel bearing. The vehicle does has some surface rust but is VERY minor and will not affect an MOT what so ever. The car was broken into via the N/S rear door. it was bent after the little buggers got in. I have repaired the door and now shuts fine. However the paint was split and there is a deformity in the metal. 100 pound deposit via paypal from the winning bidder at end of auction.
