You would be mistaken for thinking that this Metro has just came out of a time machine from 1990 as this car is completely original. Both the previous owner and myself have gone to great lengths to ensure that the car is kept to the same standard as the day it rolled off the production line at the Longbridge plant nearly quarter of a century ago.
 
I have to reluctantly sell it due to long distance work commitments. My plan was to spend some time and money use this car for car shows only.
 
This car has real potential to be a show winner with a small amount of work. Otherwise the car has been lovingly looked after, with a professional full engine overhaul, cylinder head gasket, and skim undertaken in summer 2013.
 
This is a real opportunity to grab up one of the finest examples of the classic MK II Metro bodystyle, that are slowly disappearing from our roads and being sought after by collectors.
