Rover 214 sli 1991 selling on behalf of a friend who has surrendered his license due to age/ill health. He has owned the car since new and has all original wallets, sales docs, brochures. History, regular servicing. 113000 miles in 24 years motoring. Is taxed but will be revoked on sale as per new tax rules. FULL 12 MONTH MOT until Jan 28th 2016. Only covered 6000 miles in last four years, 113000 in total.
Bodywork excellent for age, age related marks, not perfect but for 24 years great. Interior good, engine bay and boot also. All original including redio cassette. Drives well, no water in oil issues, fantastic suspension, gearbox and clutch. A little rough on idle when cold, probably benefit from a good run.
In addition to MOT fitted new spark plugs and air filter.
These are becoming collectable so make me a sensible offer. He has looked after this car since new and i wont take silly offers.Car can be viewed prior to auction finish.
