Here I have for sale is a 1994 Audi 80 Cabriolet with 120,000 Miles on the clock.It needs a little bit of work to make it a nice car to drive through the summer.It had been sitting for a while, but I have just had the car fully serviced including the cambelt.
Bad points first: The car has no power steering. It looks to be the power steering pump as it is making a noise and the pulley is not spinning true. The part is between £50 - £80. ( this should of been done when I had the car serviced but did not have the part at the time) The car has no MOT, and as far as I am aware, all it would need to pass an MOT is a couple of tires. The hood is mechanical and goes up and down with no issue, but the rear screen has just decided to split, most likely due to the car sitting a while and the plastic had become hard. The car is 23 years old and does have signs of car park dings on the body, the odd scratch here and there,one bad one is on the bonnet which you can see in the pictures. The drivers headlight has a slight crack in the glass, but does not effect the function and is not an MOT failure. And the wheels I cannot stand, but they were on the car when I bought it.
But apart from the items listed above, the car has great potential, is presented in a really dark metalic grey which is a great colour, full leather interior, rare car with a solid engine.And apart from the no power steering, drives really well. Great car for the summer, and will appreciate in value
