We are extremley proud to be able to offer For Sale this beautiful example of a Berlinetta.
Registered on 15th June 1995, this 355 has had just 2 former private owners/keepers & has had no expense spared in its maintenance & appearance.
First ordered by Hong Kong businessman Charles Ching for use at his London address, the car was supplied by the Hong Kong dealer Italian Motors on 15th June 1995, but sent from the factory straight to London where it was registered & PDI"d by H R Owen Lonon just a few days later on 26th June 1995. Believed to be for tax implications at the time, the car was purchased through Hong Kong but never delivered there. In essence a UK delivered car, showing KM"s. The car was later passed to Mr Ching"s Daughter 2001 who again kept the car in London before selling to Joe Macari in 2015 who had maintained the car. At this time, due to the rising values of 90"s Ferrari"s it was decided that the car was to be totally restored before sale to the current owning family.
Finished in the classic Rosso Corsa, with contrasting Nero leather & carpets This early 2.7 Motronic "Pre Airbag" car presents absolutely perfectly, in part thanks to the attention to detail Joe Macari Service Centre lavished on it just 4 years ago when they fully restored it at a cost of over £30,000. This restoration involved sending the car back to Italy where the car was painted & re trimmed to factory specification. The exterior of the car can only be described as flawless, while the interior only shows very minimal signs of ageing in areas such as the removable overmats. Every part of the interior was retrimmed expertly, including many overlooked areas such as bulkhead coverings, dash top, surrounds & steering wheel.
