Hi all here I have for sale is my be-loved Skoda Fleicia ex challenge rally car.The car originally had a 1300cc Skoda engine which was compulsory during the challenge years, I felt that this engine was really under powered and I needed more power, so I removed the 1300cc Skoda engine and fitted a 1400 VW POLO AFH engine in its place. The original Skoda engine was maybe pushing around the 40bhp mark!!!! With the polo engine fitted this upped the power to 100bhp which has made a really big difference to the way the car react! The car has never done a stage rally with the polo engine fitted, but has had some good tests on a proper stage! The car has competed in many rallies over the years I had co-driven in it around 7 times before finally buying the car. All the years I have known the car it has only ever had DNFS due to driver errors, very reliable and cheap to repair! Suspension - Skoda Motorsport suspension on the front. VW golf mk3 coilovers on the rear, I have the Skoda Motorsport suspension for the rear but they have been removed as need re-built due to knocking. Guards - Skoda Motorsport sump guard.Kevlar tank guard as shown in the pictures.Seat/belts -Sparco seats in the front in date till end of next year I think (will have to check)Will come with x2 6 piont harnesses which run out end of this year. The only thing this car needs to be ready to get back in the forrest are the following -Sump guard needs fitting (this needs minor adjustment as the exhaust runs underneath the engine and catches sump gaurd very easy fix!) Needs electrical cut of sticker and fire extinguisher sticker fitted on the bonnet! I have some spares with the car, bonnet, front number, various lights, x4 spare wheels with part worn DMACKS on!
