Welcome to the auction of my 1996 Epsom Green LANDROVER Defender 90 County Station Wagon. This LANDROVER is in fantastic condition, has a full MOT and Full Service History.
The LANDROVER has a desirable history, it was bought new by a lady doctor and after 8 years, sold to another lady who then sold it to my wife. The service history is comprehensive with an enormous 25 Stamps in the book, mostly LANDROVER main dealer, with receipts and all the previous MOTs. I believe it even still has an original sales brochure!
The condition is commensurate with this history, the interior is a rare find - barely worn origianl carpets and seats from front to rear; the roof lining is immaculate and the sunroof does not leak.. It even has the original LANDROVER radio. This LANDROVER drives beautifully, without any of the regular crunching between gears. It also stops well having had all new brakes fitted for the MOT, including new lines and rear calipers.
The door bottoms, an area that usually suffers, are excellent, with minimal evidence of rust on the bottoms and even having the original door seals.
The bulkhead is in excellent condition and the chassis is also extremely sound. It has had professional repairs in the past including a new rear cross-member prior to MOT. We had intended to keep this LANDROVER for a long time, hence the investment in it.
The alloy wheels and tyres are all in very good condition.
This is a desirable vehicle and in very good condition, rarely do these favoured 300tdi"s become available with very reasonable mileage and comprehensive history such as this.
