Ford F 150 pick up XLT
1997 year of manufacture.
Rare manual gearbox & 4WD.
4.2 litre V6 engine petrol, LPG system with Toridal tank fitted but not connected as not tested. I do however have the original certificate of compliance from it being fitted by BB Developments in TelFord.
Alloy wheels with brand new Yokohama Geoloander tyres 285/75/16 Terrain Tyres on Alloy wheels. It must have had a lift it fitted at some stage and sits about 1 1/2 higher so looks much better than the standard ride height especially with these wheels and tyres.
Mileage is 154,000 however I purchased this with a Hydraulic"d engine (a common issue if the inlet manifold gaskets are not replaced with an updated one) so fitted a replacement engine taken from a 32,800 mile USAF van. So the engine is very good, and we have fitted new gaskets including the updated inlet manifold gasket. Engine fully serviced.
MOT"d on 8th August 2015, and although it"s taxed, I haven"t insured it so only done about 15 miles since a mechanic returned it after a drive.
Any inspection is welcome and you are purchasing as seen, so don"t expect a warranty as i know someone will !
It is a great truck for the money
It is being sold as an unfinished project as i have too many to get finished and business has taken over my life. It needs a couple of things doing, It need some paint where the sills were sorted for the last MOT and have been prepared for paint and finished in undercoat. One of the side glasses on the rear window is broken it so it will need replacing.
It has a stainless exhaust and so it sounds very meaty and pulls like a train !
It have a multimedia system fitted that has a roof mounted screen that drops down although we have never tried turning it on, so not tested.
It is an XLT trim and has Power Steering, Power Brakes , velour seats and air con.
