Isuzu TROOPER 3.1 TD Citation RS SWB.
This is for my faithful old Isuzu that ive owned for a few years now, its the far more reliable 3.1 TD engine, which returns over 30 MPG. It has a five speed manual gearbox, and selectable 4 wheel drive with high and low range gears.
Being the Citation RS model, this is a special edition model with numerous extras, such as electric windows and central locking, electric heated and folding wing mirrors, power steering, heated seats, CD player, headlight washers and wipers.
Recently the trucks had all new brake discs, pads and handbrake parts, its also had drop links, CV boots and a front wheel bearing, as well as various brake pipes and hoses, it has very good tyres, a full matching set, and only about 25% worn. (£500)  The starter and alternator are pretty recent too.
The truck has been faultlessly reliable in the time ive had, always starts first time without smoke, and runs and drives really well without any noises or rattles. Its no performance car but the engine pulls like a steam train, with a massive amount of torque, the steering is surprisingly light and the Isuzu is very easy to drive and live with.
The truck is 17 years old so does have a few marks and scrapes here and there, but nothing that really stands out, both rear arches are blistering around the edges, but the TROOPER has never had any welding and doesnt need any yet!
The TROOPER has a tow bar with twin electrics, and is rated to tow 3300kg, (which is roughly three seperate heavy caravans, all at the same time!!)
In all its a good solid old truck, it goes anywhere, is comfy and warm, does 30 mpg and cruises at 75 mph. Perfect for almost everything.
Cash on collection only please. No silly offers of swaps for knackered 3 series etc or £500 cash today, I would genuinely rather keep it.
