This vehicle failed the MOT, And due to not having a garage now or the means to repair. I am letting this car go

When reading the fail notice, section 8 and 9 says seriously weakend ?? Neither myself OR The local garage would suggest this is the case,, There is one small hole in rear subframe can be welded easy I have been told, and as for  the front comment neither myself or 2 others actrually found this so called seriously weakend part. But Please feel free to coma and View, preferably between 9am and 2 pm as I work afters shifts
