We have owned this car for the last 10 years and has been used daily until it failed it`s MOT.The interior is in reasonable condition with no tears in the seats or holes in the carpets.The faults on the gearbox have been there for the last 4 years and haven`t got worse. I am an automatic transmission specialist and never got round to looking at it.The engine as previously mentioned, rattles a bit when cold. This could possibly be cam clearance or piston slap. It`s as quiet as a mouse after a couple of minutes and pulls like a train.I`ve been offered £150 scrap value for the car, so that is what I`m setting the reserve at.Inspection welcome.Buyer to collect.
