Volvo V70 2.5 SE 10 Valve 1997(R). Metallic Graphite/Dark Grey. 209k Miles.
Bought this car with the intention of putting it back on the road. Unfortunately I don"t have the time, money or space, so selling it as it is. Never driven it any distance due to no MOT. Only shunted around. Last MOT expired 5th Nov 2013. Runs and drives with no known problems (unless mentioned below) but might have faults that I haven"t noticed. No lights on dash (engine management, Airbag, SRS etc.). All usual Volvo refinements: Leather seats, cruise control, air conditioning, alloy wheels, CD/Cassette/Radio etc. V5 present and in my name. Vehicle is SORNed.
Bad bits I have noticed so far are as follows:
- No MOT
- No service history (there are recipes for various parts/repairs over the years)
- Usual age related marks, stone chips, scratches.
- Usual car park bumper scuffs on all 4 corners.
- Small stone chip in windscreen above drivers windscreen wiper.
- Tyres worn and all 4 will probably need replacing.
- Needs new wiper blades.
- Exhaust Blowing.
- Brake Discs Corroded.
- Power Steering seems heavy on low revs but functions.
- Indicator stalk doesn"t appear to function.
- Inside boot lid cover missing and upper trim is off.
- Not sure if air conditioning is working or not. May need re-gas.
- Drivers side rear passenger door speaker cover/trim broken.
- Drivers door electric window master controls broken.
- Passenger side wing mirror broken.
There maybe other faults/damage not mentioned above, so please bear this in mind when bidding. Sorry if I"ve missed anything.
Vehicle is located near Cribbs Causeway/The Mall, Bristol. You will need a trailer or tow/recovery truck to collect the vehicle as it has no MOT.
