Relisted to a bidder not making contact after having an offer accepted, please no more messers, only make an offer if you intend to go through with the purchase.for sale is my Jaguar XK8 4.0litre v8 in metallic black, the car is in very nice condition throughout with a little wear to the drivers seat, the car has 18inch alloys with good tyres (1 new tyre just fitted), i bought this car to keep for myself (i also have another jag xj that ive had for years) but after driving it for a few months i have decided to sell the xk as i prefer 4 door saloons and i am going to buy a Jaguar xjr8. The previous owner was an elderly gent that had owned the car since august 2002 (14 years). 1 years mot till July 2017.The xk is a very quick car and is great fun to drive, it does however have a slight leak to the rocker cover gaskets, and the headlining is sagging and has been pinned up (both common problems on XK8"s), there are 2keys and a parrot bluetooth kit which i will leave in the car, i have loads of receipts for works done to the car, services and mot"s including one for a gearbox rebuild approx 32,000 miles ago at the cost of over £1700, unfortunately there is no service book present, it has been lost/misplaced by the previous owner who when i spoke to him gave me the phone number of the garage that has looked after the car for the past 14 years, i contacted them and they very kindly sent me a copy of the invoices for all the works done from 2008 to date (there system doesn"t go back any further than 2008), they said the car had been serviced every year with them since 2002, viewing recommended. may swap p/x for something interesting. for any more information or to view please call on 07738306754 or email me at essexlpg@yahoo.com, thanks for looking.
