Here for sale is my 1999 Audi TT 180 Quattro, the car is far from being perfect although the bodywork is in very good condition for its age. This is the 2nd time the car has been listed due to a time waster. The car bodywork is in fairly good condition for its age, although there are a few age related marks and the roof has been sprayed matt black by the previous owner. Good bits: Just had a full service including new spark plugs, new oil(fully synthetic) and filter, aux belt etc. Engine is solid, very reliable and pulls like a train, turbo upgraded to a K03s. Full grey leather heated interior. Professionally fitted sub and amp in the boot with pioneer head unit with remote and Bose speakers in doors. 18 alloy"s with good tyres but one could do with replacing(will supply tyre so just needs fitting). lowered on AP coil overs and just had new brake pads fitted on the front. New coil pack"s fitted less than a month ago. The car looks stunning and it is a real head turner. Bad points: There is a leak from the exhaust, the leak has been located just after the manifold(after changing all of the other gaskets on the exhaust). The gasket is roughly £5 but it will take a few hours to fit. It also needs new drop links(supplied), inner track rod ends and tie rods which are also not expensive. One of the shocks one the rear(drivers side) requires a new rubber, again not a difficult fix. Interior light needs replacing as does the knob to adjust the wing mirrors although they can easily be adjusted by hand. The fuel gauge is faulty(common fault), however unlike most its actually still very accurate if you use the half tank as empty, the trip computer fuel gauge displays correctly. I bought the car with the intention of doing the work myself, but I have children and have another child on the way, and although its a fun car its not the most family orientated car in the world.
