Reluctant sale of my fantastic FreeLANDer XEDI
Ive had this for about 6 months and its been a cracking little car. Good on fuel - 40mpg, pretty quick for a 4x4 and very comfortable on my commute to work. 
Its been facelifted to the newer front end, with much better lights and I think it looks much better for it. It also had the interior seats changed to the later versions which are much more comfortable. (The originals gave me crippling back ache!) 
Plenty of MOT until 15th feb 2015. Runs great with no issues. Recently had a new l/h rear wheel bearing. 
It has a rover ron tuning chip fitted which has transformed the drive, it now pulls from no revs and its much more torquey. It also appears to have improved the fuel economy a smidge. Presently its running in 2wd form. It has been like that since I bought it. Dont believe the rubbish people say about the prop being removed to make it more fuel economical. Thats all lies. Its because the VCU needs replacing but people dont do it. I have purchased a replacement VCU, propshafts and all the bolts. I just have never gotten around to fitting them! But they are included in the sale. Still wrapped up from when I bought them. 
Towbar with working electrics. 
All windows work - I replaced 2 of the cables. 
SES88 stainless steel performance rear exhaust backbox - this made it much quieter but actually made it run better too! 
Only fault - the passenger side central locking will lock but not unlock on the button. Needs to be opened manually from the inside - a minor issue! and i managed to knock off the l/h mirror cover and lost it. Cheap enough to find a replacement on here. If I can find one in time I will do so. 
Full set of 205 80 16 tyres fitted last month - much better than the original smaller ones - more comfortable. 
Collection only from Lockerbie. Which is in ScotLAND. So please look on a map before saying something like "oh your in scotLAND, I thought you were in kent" like I have had in the past! Happy to collect you from the train station etc in it. (dumfries station is much cheaper to get too) We are just over the border into scotLAND about 20 minutes north of carlisle.
