For sale is my beloved Lexus IS200. I have owned this car for the last 8 years and it has been a totally amazing vehicle but I have finally sourced enough money for a new car. It is in great condition for its age, it has its age related scrapes and scratches and one very small dent in the drivers side door. There is no rust. The alloys have the paint peeling off but still look in very good condition. It has always had any work done that has been needed. In 2010 the cam belt went, this ruined the engine, so it has had a new second hand engine put in, the new engine had 70,539 miles on the clock. The car itself has 154576 miles on the clock but the true mileage is 93,306, I have the receipts to prove the work was done.I have all the MOTs and paper work for the care since i have had it, work includes, ball joints, new radiator, new battery, all belts changed, brakes, calipers, discs, exhaust, suspension arm and wheel balancing. It has also had 4 new tyres within the last 6-12 months.As you can see from the pictures it is in very good condition body work and interior wise, it has a spare wheel and the tool kit included. It has all round floor matts. The stereo is only a few years old and is a CD, DVD and also takes Ipod connections, it has been wired so you can actually play dvd while the engine is running and you are driving.All the electrics work including windows, seats, sunroof, central locking, air con, heated seats, central locking etc. It comes with factory fitted alarm and full immobiliser. I have two keys for the car but only one fob for the alram.The only negatives are, that the oil light randomly comes on, there however is no oil leak and engine pressure is good, after looking on forums they say this is because a data tool needs to be put on it to reset it on its next service feel free to research this yourselves on the forums as this seem a normal problem, the only other issue is at speed, 60-70mph when you break there is a slight judder through the right wheel, the mechanic says this is due to a warped disc and easily fixable but it has not cause me any issues and as selling have not felt the need to repair it. I have been 100 percent honest with the car and these are the only anonmolies you will findThe car has been cleaned and hoovered one a week every week since I ve had it due to being a tad OCDAs an added bonus the car also comes with an after masrket towbar i had fitted to tow a small trailor which cost £250, which had been used less than 5 times, and i will also include roof bars worth £120 designed for the Lexus.I am very sorry to see it go and if I had more space would even consider keeping it, therefore please dont give me silly offers.If you decide to buy and win the auction I expect £200 deposit within 24hrs and full blance to be paid within a week.
