Announced at the 1998 Geneva Motor Show, Silver Seraphs were hand-built at the Rolls-Royce factory in Crewe, England. With a base price of over £155,000, it was powered by a 5.4 litre, aluminium alloy, BMW V12 engine and included advanced technologies such as digital engine management, adaptive ride control and anti-lock brakes. Sharing both its platform and bodyshell with the Bentley Arnarge, it was the interior where the Silver Seraph made its distinction. With its column-mounted gear selector, traditional Rolls-Royce gauges, seats and dashboard swathed in Connolly leather, folding picnic trays for rear passengers and glossy burr walnut veneer, the air of a gentleman’s club is immediately apparent.
Originally supplied by Leicester’s Rolls Royce main agent, Michael Powles Ltd, this exquisite Silver Seraph was first registered on 1st September 1999.
Finished in the stunning yet classic combination of metallic Midnight Sapphire (blue/black), with a Magnolia interior accented by Dark Blue piping, Dark Blue carpets piped in Magnolia, burr walnut cappings with fine lined inlays and a single Magnolia coach-line to the exterior, this car really is a sight to behold.
The condition of this Rolls Royce can only be described as pristine, belying its age of 21 years and its very low mileage of approximately 23,500 miles. The paintwork is as deep and and as lustrous as it when it left Crewe in 1999. Open the door and the interior shows virtually no signs of wear, and the senses are treated to more than just that ’new car smell’, but to a pleasantry that is uniquely Rolls Royce. Even at very in-depth inspection, this is clearly a car that has been cherished.

As would be expected with such a fine motorcar, the full Rolls Royce book pack and both keys are present, as is a substantial service history and every other item that came with car when new, including both the umbrellas and full tool kit.
