You"re talking a £35,000 car when new. In my ownership the car has had a new clutch / CSS and a full service (Engine oil . oil filter, air filter, pollen filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, gearbox oil) with all genuine Saab items used. A full OE exhaust system (3 piece). The car also has Powerflex front suspension arm, Powerflex ARB bushes, Abbott Racing steering rack clamps, and Maptun springs. According to the Experian database; this vehicle has been a previous Category C Total Loss Claim An entry exists on the MIAFTR register to this effect dated 16/10/2015 which means that the total cost of repairs in insurance terms, exceeded the pre accident value of the car (which doesn"t take much on a car worth £1000). I"ve done 6000 miles in it since December and it"s by far the most reliable daily driver I"ve ever had, never lets me down and is great fun to drive. Bad points - few dents around the car as to be expected (its 17 years old now). Worst of which are on the O/S, and it needs a NSF ABS ring. It has Saab history up to 86k, and the previous owner has kept every MOT / Tax disc reminder since new. Well looked after car, long MOT, lots of service history.
