Volvo V40 1.9 Turbo Diesel 5 Door Estate in Green.   Background. My personal car and used as a courtesy car to support my auto electrical business. I have grown strangely attached to the car, it’s proved reliable, trustworthy and efficient. It’s been maintained and looked after, and it runs perfectly. Good. Brill starter, always, always starts first touch of the key.Engine pulls well with no issues.Service history if I can find it, inc the cambelt at 110kReliable and fuel efficient. Fully loaded in the country lanes, returns about 52mpg. On a run, and in more ideal conditions pushes 60.New tyres on the back, very good ones on the front.MOT until late July 2015.Tax until Feb 2015, but sold at face value.Rear brakes just done for the MOT, including the solid brake line replacement.AC works. Amazing.Decent spec, good radio, seat heaters, 4 electric windows, good lights, etc etc.Nearly 10k miles last year with never a missed beat. It’s going to get you home many many times over. Bad. Gear linkage is a bit worn, 1st gear in particular requires a bit of a knack, nothing wrong with the box, and clearly a linkage problem.Grubby inside. Dirty outside, some body blemishes, and the bonnet has a lacquer problem.A few knocks etc from the suspension, nothing drastic, just mentioning it.Needs a service, inc front pads I think.
