Hi and Welcome to another one of my bargain listings :)
Alfa Romeo 166 2.5 V6 Lusso Mot to March 2016Cambelt changed at 103,000
This car has had a fortune spent on it recently.  We bought it a short while ago with a view to continuing the restoration work the previous owners had started, but simply do not have the time nor the space due to my partner working shift work .
It needs some cosmetic work to bring it up to top spec.
Work undertaken, with receipts to verify:2011. Handbrake repaired £130July 2013. New discs and pads all round £650.00July 2013. New silencer etc £513.80August 2013. New exhaust back box £174.99August 2013. New cambelt, service, etc at 103,886 £800.00January 2014. Three new tyres and Mot £422.24February 2015 (for latest Mot) New rear brake calipers, handbrake cables, front pads etc etc £839.62
All this work is receipted: totaling over £3,500 !!
Good bitsLusso interior - all leather with the front ones being heated and electric, cleaned up very nicely, and working as they should,
Several old Mots and loads of receipts,
3 keys with the important key code and immobilizer code,
Climate control all built into the control unit which operates the stereo and climate with the important code,
New Heavy Duty Battery with a 5 year warranty,
2.5 litre V6 engine which puts out around 190bhp and sounds amazing,
No warning lights. Engine runs well.Good tyres
Xenon Headlights
Much of the work listed above (all of which is supported by original receipts) was done by the previous owners.
Just by driving the car you can tell it really has had a colossal amount of money spent on her.
She drives lovley and is very quiet until you get higher in the rev range where all the power is :)

Not so good bits
Bodywork is generally very solid, although there are a couple of scratches and dents, specifically a scratch on the driver"s side which is quite deep, and a dent in the boot-lid around the nearside light (see photo) for which I will include a dent removal tool which will pop it back out as there"s no crease in the dent itself.
.The front bumper is marked on the driver"s side and the paint lacquer on the wing mirrors is peeling. Rest of the paintwork is not too bad: and can be restored back to the lovely deep red by using a Machine Polisher as she hasn"t got the lacquer on as some of the 166s seem to have.
Also there was an advisory on the last Mot for a blowing exhaust , we have had this looked at and would need to be replaced in the future but she is not loosing any power as its the center section.
Sold as seen, although it has an Mot until March 2016 and as I say, it"s had a fortune spent on it.

I do have some other bits which will go with the car and they are : a new green,white and red Italy badge and a black four leaf clover badge to go on the boot lid and also some up-rated LED number plate lights and some up-rated main beam headlight bulbs which were all going to get put on after the polishing.
