I took this car on from my Father in Law earlier this year because he had retired from driving for health reasons. Since then I have run the car myself but must now sell it because it is one vehicle too many. It is in excellent condition and runs very well indeed. The underside is excellent and the upper bodywork bears only a few age related marks (see photographs). The car is a five door hatch, has electric front windows and an electric tilt and slide sun roof. The sound system is the original ROVER radio cassette, which is in excellent working order. The car comes with all handbooks and some history, including receipts for work carried out in the past. The MOT expires on April 3rd 2015, the tax at the end of this month.
Since I acquired the vehicle it has had several significant new parts in the course of general maintenance. These include:
* New alternator* New timing belt, tensioner and water pump* New radiator and thermostat* New rear silencer
The car was also fully serviced prior to its last MOT, including new spark plugs, air filter, oil filter and an oil change. The cooling system was flushed out when the new radiator was fitted and the coolant replaced with a fresh 50/50 mix (water/anti-freeze). I believe in maintaining my cars meticulously and no expense has been spared, as you can see.
Prospective bidders are welcome to view/test drive the car by arrangement with me, but please note I will be away this weekend from Friday afternoon until Monday lunchtime (although the car and I will be in Middlesbrough at this time so if anybody wants to view it there, that will be fine). 
Please note, this car is offered for sale on a buyer collects basis and my address is in Prestwich, North Manchester. Payments should be made by Paypal or cash on collection. Needless to say, I am a private seller and the car is offered on a sold as seen basis. No warranty is offered.
