Welcome to my auction. We specialise in the disposal of vehicles seized on court warrants and high court writs, which are not accident damaged or had any insurance claims against them unless specifically listed as such. Most of these car are collected as non runners, some with minor some with major mechanical faults. I will try to identify these faults and describe them as best I can in the listing. All cars are clear of finance. Most cars come with documentation and any relevant documents will be forwarded to the buyer regardless of timescale..
All vehicles that run at the time of appraisal are sold as per our usual conditions, they are not available for road test before or after purchase and are to be valued as non runners when bidding.
You are bidding on a 2000, Rover 75 2.0 litre diesel non runner /spares or repair with a speedo reading of 116000 miles.
This car was collected by us as a runner. We have run it up to temperature and driven it in the compound finding the engine, clutch and brakes to be mechanically good.
We have not road tested the vehicle and cannot comment fully on the overall mechanical condition. Further investigation maybe  required to determine any faults and parts may need repairing/replacing to make good.
The bodywork is in average condition all round with as normal age related scuff and makes.
I am in possession of the V5c, MOT,ed till april. and 1 key,
All the tyres appear to be in road legal condition.
ABS and Airbag lights are illuminated..
