Vehicle Description
A 2001 51 Chrysler Voyager 3.3 Limited offered with no reserve.
It is sold strictly spares or repair with unspecified remedial work being required.
Having said that, it drove in here on Saturday so see no reason why it won't drive out.
It comes with full leather trim, electric seats, very loud CD stereo system, auto gearbox, electric sliding doors (both working), electric tailgate (also working), alloy wheels, heated seats, cruise, climate, four good tyres.
It has a very long MOT right through to April 27 2017.
The engine has a top end "tick" when started from cold - not uncommon on these - it isn't too terrible and seems to go away once warm but it is there all the same. The aircon doesn't seem to be cold and we're not 100% convinced (from a brief drive) it goes into overdrive when it should.
Having said that it seems to plod along OK.
There is a bit of a dent/crack on one corner of the rear bumper but overall for its age and miles it is quite a clean thing on the outside and very good on the inside.
We want it cleared and out the way - it is sold strictly as seen "spares/repair" so please bid on that basis.
We have V5, some old MOTs, current MOT and 2 keys with the car.

SIMPLE EBAY BIDDING & COLLECTION RULES - PLEASE READ
Please remember you bid to buy - please do not bid unless you are committed to buying the car as it wastes our time and the time of everyone else bidding. If you turn up and decide you hate the car then so be it, we won't argue, but we do ask you at least show up and look at it and/or take it for a test drive.
At auction end, if you are the winning bidder please contact us by 5.00pm the day following by telephone or email confirming the contact details. If we do not hear from you we reserve the right to immediately relist the car. Even if you decide you have made a big mistake - please at least have the manners to contact us and tell us that so we can either offer it to the underbidder or relist immediately.
Collections are from Colchester, Essex, Monday to Friday 9.00-6.00pm and Saturday 10.00-4.00pm by appointment. We can sometimes do out of hours collections by arrangement. We are not open for ebay collection on Sundays.
Collection strictly within 7 days of auction end unless by prior agreement. We ask for 24 hours notice of collection - please do not turn up without telling us as you run the risk the car will not be ready or we'll be in Glasgow collecting a car or similar. If you want to collect the day after the auction end please email us immediately after the auction finishes and we will make sure it is ready for you. We will happily collect from the Station given prior notice.
All cars are HPI Clear and have Warranted miles unless very explicitly stated in the description.
Unless collecting very soon after the auction end we ask for a £100 deposit by credit/debit card or Paypal. In the event of not agreeing the car sale due to difference over description after seeing the car, this is refundable.
If you want us to tax the car (at your expense) in advance of collection so you can drive it away taxed, we can, but please give us 24 hours notice of requiring this. You are welcome to use our computers to tax a car online before leaving. Please remember no used cars are now sold with transferrable tax.
We check and test drive our cars carefully but please remember these are used cars and account should be made for fair wear and tear based on age and mileage. A description such as “in very good condition for age and mileage” means just that and it should be self evident that a 200,000 mile 6 year old car should be judged on different terms to that of a 2 year old one with 30,000 miles.
We are a VAT registered, DVLA registered motor trader.
Note on ebay auction cars:
Where we are offering a car on a no reserve ebay auction rather than retailing it bidders should be aware that cars normally sell for substantially less than the normal retail price and usually less than you could purchase the same car from a physical car auction including a buyer's fee (except at an auction you will have no proper opportunity to appraise or drive the car). For this reason we cannot and do not offer the same after sales service or back-up as we might on a retail car and for your own clarity of mind we recommend you consider an ebay auction purchase "sold as seen". There is nothing sinister about a car we offer on an auction instead of retail but it usually a car which is over age stock (we've had it on sale for a while elsewhere and want our money out of it and to move it on quickly), too high a mileage for us to want to retail, cosmetically might need some work or (most common) a part exchange we want to dispose of quickly. Anything we think is significant we spot either cosmetically or mechanically we will mention but in all cases you will have adequate chance to properly inspect & drive the car before parting with any money. Cars which we consider to have MAJOR mechanical faults we will always sell "spares or repair".
PAYMENT
We take all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch etc.). There is no charge for using a debit card, there is a 2.5% charge for using a Visa or Mastercard credit card. This is what we get charged so are simply passing the cost on. There is a 2.0% charge on all American Express cards. We also take Cash & Bankers Draft although Bankers Draft must be advised to us in advance so we can verify it. Debit card is our preferred method of payment.

We are an independent dealer based in Colchester, Essex. We are a small team of 4 people who dedicate their time to sourcing, preparing and marketing good quality used cars.
How do you work?
All our cars sold are sourced from exactly the same places as any franchised or non-franchised local dealer, car supermarket or retailer. We search up and down the UK from fleet operators, dealers, part exchanges & private sellers. All our cars are fully HPI clear.
How do you evaluate cars?
We describe cars as best we can but it is important to remember any used car with have some sort of wear and tear. We won’t point out every stone chip or tiny mark on a 100,000 mile car beyond what any reasonable person would expect but we will point out anything we feel is particularly noticeable or above the norm for the age/mileage including any scuffs or dents. We try and give an overall sensible evaluation of the car which gives a good impression of what to expect. We consider our cars to be as good as anyone else’s but as with any used car a fair consideration should be given for general wear and tear.
Where are you?
We are located to the South side of Colchester, Essex. We are approximately 5 minutes from the A12 Junction 26 and about 30 minutes from M25 Junction 28. Intercity trains leave from London Liverpool Street every half an hour and take 45 minutes. Stansted Airport is approximately 35 minutes by car or 55 minutes by Stansted Airlink (Coach X22) which leaves on the hour every hour direct to Colchester.
