For Sale my BMW E46 325I SE, the car has covered 107,919 miles and is in excellent condition apart from a slight rust bubble on the near side rear arch but has not come through the paint yet (see picture )
the car is tested to 30th January 2015 and taxed to March but the tax will be taken off by the DVLA when change of owner is recorded but you will still be ok for a few weeks  
the only issues i am aware of are that the front drivers seat height adjustment is not working and it needs 2 front discs for the next MOT, i have the discs but have not got around to fitting them but will come with car
the car has had a full service in November including spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter and cabin filter,
advisories from the last MOT are Front suspension bushes but has only done 4,000 miles since then so should still be ok and an oil leak but this was the rocker gasket which has since been changed

one other slight fault is that the handbrake sticks sometimes  but realeases when you set off on the nearside rear just being as honest as i can
