This car has belonged to my eldest Daughter since January 2013. The only reason that she is selling it is because she now has three young children and sadly the Lexus is no longer big enough to carry the children and all the extras that go with 3 Children. We have therefore bought her a Vauxhall Zafira 7 seater. Otherwise we would definitely be keeping the car, it is not your normal 2001 Lexus, it is an outstanding car and is much loved by all of us, we will be very sad to see it go.
As you can see from the photographs it is a very clean straight car with very few tiny age related marks. The only mark worthy of note is shown in the pictures, a slight paint scuff on the front offside bumper.
The car has a set of nearly new 18inch alloy wheels with black centres and polished Chrome rims. These are worth £1,000 alone.
The car also has an expensive aftermarket Alpine stereo and CD player.
The original set of tools are in the boot still as new.
The car starts and drives beautifully, it is quick and smooth with its 6 speed manual gearbox and good on fuel. There are no knocks, bangs or smoke, the car is a joy to drive.
There are lots of bills and receipts with the car. It has been service for a proportion of its life at a Lexus main dealer, although it is due a service now. The cambelt and tensioner were replaced at 93,000. The clutch was replaced at 108,000. It had a new battery at the beginning of this year.
The car has air conditioning, automatic lights, remote door locks and immobiliser, electric windows and mirrors, power steering and everything works as they should.
The car needs to be collected from Horsham in West Sussex. You will not be disappointed with this car, you will be getting a lot of car for the money.
