vehicle description:

Saab 9-3 Aero (Hot) Convertible. 2 Litre, High pressure Turbo. Registered in September 2001Silver with Black Leather interior and Blue roof. Full Saab Service History up to 219952 miles October 2011 with 18 main dealer stamps in the book. 
Equipment:This vehicle has all the usual Saab Aero toys you would expect, which include full leather interior, both front seats are heated electric with memory on drivers side. Electric roof, 4 x electric windows, remote central locking with 2 keys, electric aerial, on-board computer, climate control, cruise control, front fog lights, CD player/radio with controls on steering wheel, factory fitted alarm, rear spoiler, standard aero alloy wheels and aero body kit.
History:This car was registered by Newbury Saab as a demonstrator, then sold to a business lady who did a majority of the mileage (mainly motorway) until 2012. When she sold the car to the previous owner (who was a Saab fanatic). He had the wheels refurbished, front and rear bumpers painted, new clutch and dual mass fly wheel replaced, SIDS display and heater display were also replaced with reconditioned units. Due to lack of use and storage, he sold the car to me in May 2014. Since purchasing the car, I have fitted a new battery, 3 x tyres, exhaust back box, thermostat and anti-freeze, crank sensor and spark plugs.
Bad Points:The air conditioning does not work as the clutch has gone on the compressor, I have fitted a non-air con belt and by-passed the compressor (original belt is in the boot). This has never bothered me, as if I felt hot I would just put the roof down. The electric roof doesn"t go up and down with one touch on the button. It usually stops half way and you have to press it again - but once you have done this it does go up and down fine (has been diagnosed by Saab main dealer as 5th stepper switch, available on ebay for £100 but I could not justify spending the money for the sake of pushing a button a couple of times). There is some corrosion to wheel arches and bonnet due to stone chips and mileage. If I was keeping the car, I would have these repaired. The bonnet could do with replacing as it has rusted on the inside (hole), but it is still serviceable. There is a minor oil leak from Cam cover (gasket needs replacing). Jacking point seal cover is missing on OSF. Bonnet badge needs replacing. There is a red triangle warning light permanently on dash  (could be to do with roof however not sure), but Saab main dealer computer could find no faults and the car drives fine.
In Summary:This is a cheap Saab 9-3 Aero convertible, with high mileage but very good main dealer service history. It does have some minor faults, but these will not stop you enjoying this car. Mot 7/7/16 , log book is in my name and comes with a Saab handbook and service book. Only regretably selling as I have taken a new job that comes with a company car and is no longer being enjoyed as it should.
