The TROOPER was running very well with no issues until it got too much oil put in the engine.
After 1 mile of driving the engine stopped. Started again and then experienced loss of power on steep hills.
The oil was drained but still loss of power on steep hills and harder to start the engine in the morning. Also, the check engine light has come on.
Now the car has been sitting since November as I couldn"t afford to put it in the garage for fixing over Christmas.
I was starting it up to keep the batteries charged. However, now the batteries are dead from trying to start it on cold days.
I had originally bought the TROOPER to tow my Hobby Caravan. However, selling my caravan so don"t need the TROOPER anymore.
Selling as non runner so will need trailered away.
In January 2015 the TROOPER went back on the road after being garaged since 2009.
It comes with loads of history and old MOT certificates.
All the tyres have great tread and has an unused spare.
Tow bar with twin electrics. Fantastic workhorse!
It is in average condition for year with the usual bodywork issues like rust on back door and small dents and blemishes etc.. to be expected of a TROOPER of this age.
Viewing is highly recommended before you buy.
