Jeep GRAND Cherookee 2002 2.7 CRD AutomaticI bought this Jeep from Berkshire Jeeps last November 2015. I paid for them to fix beaks but they failed to tell me about the other faults There is a dent on the passenger side rear bumper and crack to the rear light. Some tears in the leather driver seat. The Jeep faults that were not specified in their ebay add but are detailed here are The heated seat on the passenger side works but not on the driver seat side (on full heat) the electric windows dont work consistently, and sometimes not at all and the rear driverside door doesn"t open. The automatic and manual gear transmission is generally fine when topped up with transmission fluid but may require attention because it has stayed in first gear infrequently when the transmission oil is not topped up.It can be topped up in the entry point in the engine under the bonnet £10, the rear top brake light (one of three isnt working despite the bulb being ok) damaged passenger side wing mirror casing on edge and wing mirror on driver side has tape on edge of mirror. Lights and indicators working. comfortable to drive. THe radio works ok when youve set it up but the the cd player isnt playing and the pop out display doesnt pop up. the airconditioning is working but its not really warm or really cold on cold. There are scuffs on the bodywork and chips and some minor scratches but overall it looks good. The electric seats work, the sunroof works, the power steering works. the breaks are good. The vehicle drives well and is useable as it is if you can live with the faults. The tyres are all in good condition and within legal limit. the rear passenger side wheel was changed in June 2016 in Huntingdon along with the the front breaks and a front driver side calliper for £360 at the same time. The vehicle is very good on the motorway/A roads £35 gets you over 180 milesand cruise control works fine and but on shorter trips the fuel economy isnt as good. It has a roof rack no tow bar. MOT till November 2016 viewing between 10-7pm Tuesday to Saturday. Cash on collection welcome.
