Hi, Welcome to my auction for a ROVER 25 iL 1.6.
I have now bought a new car so this one has to go.It still has an MOT until January 2017. It has been reliable if a little noisy and has recently had a new clutch.
The gearbox is a little noisy in first gear due to a worn layshaft but it is still quite driveable and was in recent use until last week.
The sunroof needs attention because it does leak in heavy rain. this could be just sealed up or there are replacement seals still available.
Outside, the car does have scratches and marks, most noteably the key marks from some little toe rag recently (not tried to polish out so may be possible). However there isnt any serious rust apart from two small areas on the front wheel arches, (see photos). With a good polish it should be quite presentable.
Inside, the seats could do with a good clean but the upholstery and carpets etc are all in good condition. Only other thing to mention is that the rear wash/wipe doesnt work.
If you want a cheap car with a sound engine and good MOT please place a bid!
