This was my weekend run-around until my wife hijacked it for commuting to her new job. She"s racking up some mileage and we need something more economical. So, this is a very reluctant sale. Mileage will increase as in daily use.
The engine is perfect and runs really smoothly. The interior is spotless and everything works as it should do. I spent some time searching for a decent, unmodified Bug Eye version and in the best colour.
We have a master key and normal key with two immobilisers. The immobilisers operate the central locking system, so that the key operates the ignition and boot only. This is really handy and means you can buy new keys cheaply. My wife was driving the car when I took these photos, so only one key is shown alongside the documents. A minor issue is that one of the immobilisers cannot be attached to a key ring as the plastic clasp was snapped. Minor inconvenience and it hasn"t bothered us.
A stain on the boot floor cover indicates that a spillage occurred sometime in the past but there are definitely no leaks whatsoever.
So those are the bad points; nothing major. I am told that these cars, if kept in good condition, will only rise in value seeing Subaru no longer make the IMPREZA for the UK.
This is a lot of car for the money and will definitely not disappoint.
