My Mazda MX5 was registered new on the 30t h September 2003. First registered by the supplying dealer Garneys & Hill Ltd. This MX5 Nevada model was originally registered as a demonstrator. However, at only two weeks old and with only thirty miles on the speedometer she was snapped up by the first private owner, Mr Pilgrim. Mr Pilgrim would own and maintain the Mazda immaculately until just recently. The Nevada model was a limited edition and only 2050 would be produced. Only two colour options were available, “Strato Blue” and “Cerion Silver” metallic paint. My MX5 has only covered 38927 carefully driven miles from new and it shows. Proof of an excellent servicing schedule is included along with previous mot certificates. Averaging just 3100 miles per year and serviced on average every 6600 miles since new. The manufacturer recommends 9000 mile service intervals. I have just had a new service completed. My Mazdais in fabulous condition and I doubt you would find a better and more honest 2003 model.

Exterior Condition: As with any used car they can pick up an odd scuff, scratch or small dent. My Mazda is no exception, however they have always been dealt with promptly and professionally. Keeping the bodywork of myMazda MX5 in really quite perfect order. Looking down the side of the car all the panels retain a glass like finish. The metallic paint colour has retained the factory finish. All the door checks are immaculate and polished and the chrome branded sill treads are unmarked. The soft top roof material is perfect as are all the glass windows. You would be hard pushed to find a single fault worth discussion. Please see my pictures.
Interior Condition: The cloth roof lining is immaculate and unmarked. The floor carpets are the same. The seat materials are in really exceptional condition including the seat bolsters. (There is a very tiny bit of wear on the passenger seat pattern although it has not worn through). All the dash materials are like new. The passenger seat and floor area is like new. The floor carpets have been protected with factory branded carpet mats from new and even the carpet over mats are immaculate. It has been a non-smokers car. I can’t stress enough how nice the interior is. It is near new condition.
Boot Compartment: Immaculate, dry and showing little sign of being used. The floor carpets are immaculate and the plastic trims are free from scuffs. The tools and locking wheel nut key are all present and the spare wheel is the original space saver and is still unused.
Engine Compartment: All the panels are free from dust and oil. Having been regularly cleaned and polished with a quality silicone. Immaculate. (See my pictures).
Alloy Wheels and Tyres: All four alloy wheels are in really excellent condition. There is a couple of small blemishes on a couple of alloys and that’s all. The inner rims are clean. (Please see my pictures). All four tyres are quality branded. The rear tyres are in excellent condition with very good tread depth. The front tyres are recent and have excellent tread depth.
On the Road: My car drives as you would expect a very well maintained car should. The steering feels taught and precise. The suspension is firm and comfortable. The engine runs smooth, quiet and the gears change up and down the close ratio box with ease. The disc brakes and pads are in perfect working order. All the cabin electrics work as they should. Everything is just right.
This is an exceptional Mazda MX5. I can’t stress enough how nice my car is. I doubt if you will find better. It has the 1.8i engine coupled to a 5 speed manual transmission which gives relaxed cruising and excellent power (146bhp) when needed. The engine mechanics and all electrical options are in perfect working order. The car drives as it should.
My car needs nothing. The Mot isn’t due until the 30h September 2016 and a new service has just been completed. There is really nothing left for the new owners to do. A genuine low mileage MX5 which is ready to drive away. (Additional Pictures are available, Please ask).
