My  Jaguar X Type Turbo Diesel
First registered September 2003  on a 53plate.
Finished in British Racing Green with magnolia leather interior trim, the car has a super specification. The extras include;

The bodywork on the car is all in excellent condition with just the odd age related mark. (Please see the photographs). The only noteable mark is a light dent on the nearside front wing just behind the headlight ( a dent man would easily get it out if it bothers you).
The interior is all in nice condition having full magnolia leather with matching carpets  and walnut detailing to the dash and doors etc. The only wear is on the bolster of the driver’s seat and it could easily be re conallised if you want it like new.
The car has been well maintained the service book showing services at;
13364,25687,37850,48016,59014,66214, 80114, 107049 and 130960 miles. The old MOT certificates and some service receipts etc are with the car together with the handbooks etc in the Jaguar wallet. The current MOT is until 30th September 2015 .
The car is extremely economical, 60 plus mpg . The clutch is nice and light, the gearbox smooth through the gears . The car drives well but there is an intermittent rattle/clattering sound on idle that disappears above 1000 RPM. I have looked on line and this would seem to be a common noise on this model ( suggestions are the auxiliary belt bearing,/ dirty injectors ). There are differing opinions about the cause. Some Jaguar owners recommend a Terraclean service to cure the noise. I am no mechanic so it is not something that I can fix myself .(Some owners on line say it’s fine and they just find the noise irritating on idle and keep the revs up a little.).I don’t know!
