“Got this in August this year and paid £900 for it engine and all electrics are working fine the BAS/ESP light is on the car has a fault and only does around 30 mph after a few miles at 30 mph!!!the gearbox finds its self and comes to life and all gears are there and the dash shows P/R/D/1/2/3/4/ ETC so all there but still only does 30 mph (great if you only go the local supermarket ) i have had it to Trefnant mercedes their diagnosis cost me £150 and they told me its the FTC unit in the autobox so I had this removed elsewhere and sent of to actronics who could not reproduce the complaints so between mercedes garage and actronics etc of the cost also an upgraded interior and other items plus road tax insurance etc its cost me a lot so I am cutting my losses and hope the next owner can get this nice little car right as I've spent 5 or so months scratching my head and spending money on this”

 The car has issues that I have attempted to resolve  as I have explained in my sellers notes .... I am listing it as a buy it now/best offer to see if I can hopefully get some of my money back out from this very nice looking MERCEDES benz long wheel base a140 elegance automatic motor car that has only covered some  67000 miles and has more than 7 months mot left to run . its also road taxed till july next year (sorry can not sell it with the road tax on   new laws etc ) as this now owes me around £1500 or so....  I am attempting sadly to recover some of my money back out of this expensive mistake before christmas...  so a nice bargain to the next owner !!!  its a drive home if your local if not I recommend  shipley or any other transport provider they are very reasonable with their costs and no stress ... nice  
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL AND TEST THIS MERCEDES  ANYTIME BEFORE THE LISTING ENDS AS I AM STILL AT A LOSS AS TO WHY IT ONLY DOES 30 MPH ???   DRIVES REALLY WELL AND SO SAD TO PART WITH IT THIS WAY I KNOW THEY DO REALY GOOD MONEY WHEN THEY ARE RIGHT AND I STILL FEEL THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO CAN MAKE THIS NICE CAR INTO A GREAT ONE !!!!  WITHOUT A GREAT EXPENSE ....
PLEASE NOTE ...All gears are there forward and reverse  all P/R/1/2/3/4/D/ Appear on the dash and the are no OTHER LETTERS or warning signs apart from the  BAS/ESP light that stays on (see pics) This possibly could be restricting the car to around 30 mph ???? like a safety thing
