Hello everyone and thank you for viewing this advert for myMercedes-Benz SL. 
If you are looking for a cherished, immaculate and low mileage example then I would encourage you to keep on reading.
This SL has lived an easy life.  It is approaching its 12th birthday come this October, however you would be forgiven in thinking that was not the case when looking at it in person.
It drives absolutely perfect.  In fact, it easily becomes an occasion when it’s used.  
It has been kept for summer use and has never been neglected or abused or driven by someone who could not care less.  No.  This car has been enthusiast owned.
It has had three mature owners, all of which are Mercedes-Benz club members and each individual has maintained the car regardless of cost.
The car is finished in Solid Black with full Graphite leather interior and aluminium trim.  The interior is as you would expect.  It even still has that lovely, genuine Mercedes smell.
The car has never been smoked in or used as a dining room.  The leather has been regularly treated with the finest balms and is soft and supple to the human touch.
The paintwork is like glass and has been religiously kept polished with several layers of wax.
Both the engine bay and boot area are as new.
The car has a number of options including fully heated and electric seats with memory function, climate controlled air-conditioning, MB radio/cassette player with a 6-CD auto-changer, an electrically adjustable multi-function steering wheel, cruise control, electric folding door mirrors, Bi-Xenon headlights and so much more.
The car also has 17 alloy wheels which have just been fully powder-coated and refurbished.  All the tyres are Continental ContiSportContact 3"s and again these are as new.  The car was also specially ordered with Active Body Control which transforms the sensation and driving feel of the car.  It is immensely comfortable for normal commuting but you do also have the ability to activate the Sport mode which will firm up the dampers and in return you will get that sportier feel.  This to me is a novelty and is never used.  The suspension is also fully hydraulic which allows you to alter the ride height of the car, which again is great for getting the car into/out of low or high ground clearance areas.
As you would expect the car has a full service history whereMercedes-Benz have maintained the car for 90% of its life.  It was last serviced less than 5,000 miles ago by the local Mercedes-Benz garage.  In recent years it has also had all the roof seals replaced which was just under £4,000.  Mercedes-Benz were entrusted to carry out this replacement where a new and improved seal was fitted thus removing the concern for any future owner for many, many more years to come.  The car has also been fully detailed underneath and I can confidently say that there is not one single piece of rust anywhere on the car.
The Mot is currently valid until October this year but a fresh Mot will also be supplied for the new owner.
As an added bonus the car will also be supplied with the cherished number as shown.
