We have owned the vehicle since End February 2007

The Car had a second hand engine replaced at 69,886 miles due to Head Gasket going on previous one.  The engine in the vehicle is from a 2005 plate, not 2003 and had done 31,000 miles.  The mileage on the clock has not been altered.  
As per MOT on 16/1/2015 the mileage on the clock read 74,938 miles (as shown on Certificate).The car has not been driven since the MOT was carried out due to us already having 4 vehicles between us and therefore we kept this at our company for pool car use only.  Therefore the second hand engine has actually done 36052 miles, not 74,938 miles as per the reading on the clock.

We have also got some of the paperwork on file as to where we purchased the second hand engine from.
