We have Forsale our Rover 45 club it has 76000 on  the clock although this will go up as I"m using it daily . It has a Tow bar and it has been pulling a light trailer  (tow bar fitted this year) . It has had a new clutch (this week ) receipt to prove work . New pollen filter 2014 , new head gasket (2014) all proof of work can be seen . MOT until November 2015 only tyres listed as advisorys on the advisory information .
The body work is in good condition with the odd bump/mark nothing major for a car of this age I have tried to photo them .
Drives very well no oil leaks Viewing recommended ideal family car with a large boot space V5 document present . Tax is non transferable so new tax would need to be purchased :
