2003 Rover 75 2.0 CDTi CLASSIC SE
This listing is for my 2003 Rover 75. This car has had a pampered existence all its life.
Anything it has needed it has got.
The car has been owned by me for several years and the V5 is in my name at my address and the car is at Barnsley not Rotherham as that"s the registered address of the account but not where I live so the car will be collected from Barnsley..
It is the higher power output of 130ps, however the car has been re-mapped to 160ps.
The car is fitted with the legendary M-47R BMW 2.0 diesel engine which are known for been bombproof.
It is also fitted with the 5 speed Getrag gearbox which again is known for quality and durability.
The car has covered 73,000 miles and is in daily use.
The car has had many options over the years added which are below,
Electric windows, 16” union alloys with full size spare, full leather interior with rear arm rest, electric adjustable front seats with memory function on driver’s seat, heated front seats, illuminated sun visors, electric and heated exterior mirrors, chrome door mirrors, parking aid, window deflectors, front fog lights, remote locking, boot liner, boot mounted warning triangle, parking heater all working and the electric timer in the centre arm rest, Xenon head lights, rear electric blind and message centre also which is rare on a Classic SE.
Single electric towbar with factory Rover electrics installed.
So this is one sorted Rover 75 diesel and it has the Renault 5 diesel thermostat mod also to improve economy.
Now the car starts, stops and goes as it should with no problems at all and will do the next owner proud.
Two keys both working and it has had the MK2 boot release upgrade and complete book pack and full history and MOT history.
The registration number has been covered as it has a private plate which is not with the car but in process of been removed so please message me if you would like to check its history etc. As happy to provide it but it won’t be included.
Also the current head unit has been removed and the standard Rover tape unit has been re-fitted.
The car has the odd mark on it as expected with its age and mileage but I’m very particular about the condition of my cars and this has been my pride and joy so it is near brand new.
It gets polished and washed every week come rain or shine.
Car is far better than most tired and abused examples and far better than my description but it keeps disappointment down. It’s a rare spec and I challenge anybody to find a better example at this spec, miles and price.
Test drives and viewings welcome but bring your own insurance, no insurance and I will have to take you out in it round the block.
