I am probably going to regret this but here it goes.
For sale is my IMPREZA WRX. The reason for sale is that my wife has just changed jobs and now can commute on the train. It barely got used before (5000 mile in 1 year) but now it is too expensive to keep sat in the garage taxed and insured.I have had the car for a year and looked at few before deciding on this one. The reason I chose this one is due to its history. The car has spent most of its life and miles being owned by the owner of Westaway Subaru in Northampton. The service history is all Subaru stamped up to 110k with all the receipts to back it up. It had its Cambelt changed at 100,000.
The car starts, drives and pulls just as it should and goes better than some with half its miles. Everything works as it should such as windows and aircon
It is totally standard with the only exception being a Prodrive backbox to give it a nice subtle burble.
I have just put it through an MOT and had to change the 2 front tyres and rear pads.
It has a tracker fitted and comes with both keys.
I have spent an absolute day and an age working with a DA polisher to get the paintwork back to how it looked when new. Th gold really pops in the sunlight. There is a couple of age related marks but that"s all. All of the interior is clan with no rips or burns.
As expected with a 12 year old car there are a couple of bad bitsI am missing the drivers side B pillar cover2 of the wheels are a little kurbedTh paintwork does have a couple of tiny marks
Please please don"t let the mileage put you off. This is a genuine car with a genuine reason for sale.
I know it"s a little cliche but the 1st to come see it will definitely drive it away.
