Hello and welcome to my auction of this Toyota Hilux,
 
First things first this vehicle is  project car 0.99p start, no reserve, auction all the way.
A friend of mine bought it in April 2014 with a view to using it for his dome business as you can see from the stickers. He took it off the road to have the engine reconditioned (which has been completed) and re-fitted to the car, but due to his business taking off he has never got round to finishing it off.
 
So here are the good points:
As previously mentioned the engine has been completely reconditioned, the truck has been stood for 10 months now, but when you lift the rocker box you can see in internals of the engine are literally like new. Since fitting the new engine the vehicle has not been started, so you are purchasing a reconditioned engine with zero miles on it since the recon took place.
 
The chassis is absolutely solid and was wax oiled to no rust to worry about there.
 
The body work is in good condition and it is a generally straight vehicle.
good tyres all round
 
The car is in good nick with no rips or tears.
All documents present and correct.
 
The bad points:
This vehicle is currently a non-runner and the rest of the work needs to be
completed for it to be put back on the road. The vehicle will need to be towed away / trailered.
All the parts are there to finish the job apart from the injectors as my friend had planned to buy new injectors, he didn’t want to use old injectors in a truck that he just spent £1600 getting the engine re-con’d!!!!
