Honda Civic Type R
Up for sale today is this Honda Civic Type R, it has been in the same family from new having just two owners, my father an engineer who taught mechanics and myself. The car has been faultlessly reliable and very well maintained firstly by my father who kept it meticulously serviced and then by my husband a fully qualified mechanic and AA technician. The car is only up for sale due to a recent move and needing something more suitable for the longer commute to work.
The car is HPI clear and has now covered just over 140,000 miles, it comes with keys, v5 logbook, owners manual and an MOT until September, I would be more than willing to put a full years MOT on the car if the buyer covers the cost.
Mechanically the car is in excellent order, the engine starts and runs well with no nasty noises, smoke or rattles and doesn"t use any oil between services, the brakes are in good order having recently had new discs, pads and calipers, the suspension is also in good order with no knocks or bangs and the electrics all work as they should. It had 4 new tyres fitted in January so they"re all good too.
Cosmetically the car is clean, tidy and presentable and has been kept that way from new, that said it does have a couple of minor chips, marks and scratches as to be expected, the worst being a lightly scuffed alloy wheel and a small scuff on the back bumper as pictured. The interior is again clean, tidy and presentable with a little wear to the drivers seat being the only minor issue.
