Here we have for AUCTION a MERCEDES C180 Kompressor Avantgarde SE Automatic Saloon. It is registered in March 2004 but currently has a private plate L4 KTC. This private plate is valued at roughly £600 and will come with the car. Currently has 146795 warranted miles. We have taken this in part exchange today against a newer C200. Overall condition of the car can be describes ad FAIR-GOOD consistent with age and mileage. Engine is nice and quiet and starts first time with no un-usual noises at all. Automatic gearbox is smooth and pulls throughout the rev range nicely. No jerks or shudders at gear changes at all. All electrical equipment works fine including air-conditioning and sound system, windows and mirrors etc.
Some negative points to mention:
1-ESP light comes on sometime but has no effect on the engine or drive. Car drives perfectly and we have done a 20 miles test drive to confirm. It is possibly a sensor giving in-correct reading (Please check it yourself to confirm)
2-Passenger side rear door lock does not work all the time
3-Rear bumper (driver side corner see picture) has some scratches but no dent at all
4-Few age related marks around the fuel cap and rear driver side door
5-Interior door handle has some marks of wear and use but nothing broken

We have taken this car in part exchange and will be offering this on EBay on SOLD AS SEEN basis with no warranty suggested, implied or advised. On auto trader these cars with much higher mileage are selling for over £2000 so grab yourself a real bargain. This is a 24 Hour auction with no reserve price so the highest bidder wins the car whatever the price. At the end of the auction we will require a £100 deposit via PayPal and the balance along with the collection arrangements are to be made within 48 hours. We can deliver this car at an extra cost of £1.50 per mile. Collection can be arranged from our SLOUGH office between the hours of 9am and 0530pm. This car is advertised locally as well so this auction can be stopped at any time with no notice given to the bidders. There is a buy it now price of course so please call us to discuss that option.
