vehicle description:

This vehicle is being sold on behalf of a friend, it is a non-runner so will have to be transported. I will answer any questions you may have in the evenings when im home from work.It is being sold AS A NON-RUNNER DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:The engine suddenly lost power and was switched off immediately. I have removed the rocker cover and found that the timing chain tensioner slipper has come away, allowing the chain to jump on the cam gears, the chain has not broken but the links have pulled apart (see pic). The engine turns over (by hand) without any sound of valves / pistons hitting. The Cam Shafts turn freely and all valves appear to open and close fully. Obviously I cannot guarantee that there is no further damage to the engine.Up to the point of the engine failure the vehicle was driving with no problems in any respect, and had full service history up to 182,000 miles.The vehicle will be sold as seen with no warranty.Due to the interest already, I will let be letting the auction run to the end, there is NO BUY IT NOW PRICE.Transport can be arranged at extra cost.Payment can be through Pay Pal or cash on collection
