They must also be removed from our premises within 7 days of the auction ending. Both cash and card payments are accepted (card payments might attract a processing fee).

Ultimate Motors reserves the right to act as a vendor or advertiser for vehicles that are offered for sale by individuals not otherwise associated with the company. In these circumstances, receipts will state that the sale is from the vehicle"s registered owner, and may be signed by a representative of Ultimate Motors on behalf of the customer.
Vehicles sold via an online auction are offered on the basis that it is sold for parts/spares or repairs. Any vehicles sold on this basis should be assumed to be not roadworthy, and will therefore need to be towed away from our premises.
Collection is possible 7 days a week but has to be booked and confirmed in advance. By completing purchase, the buyer affirms that they have inspected the vehicle and confirms that it meets their requirements (independent checks are welcome on any vehicle we have on offer). Vehicles sold on a spares & repairs basis are considered to be disposed of and do not attract VAT.
Test driving our vehicles is possible provided driver has appropriate insurance to do so. Where it is not possible to obtain proof of insurance, an indemnity fee may be required before the customer is allowed to test drive the vehicle.
Purchase vehicles can be delivered for a pre agreed price - Vehicle will only be delivered once full payment is received.
